The Green Party of Allegheny County is a progressive political party that promotes peace, ecology and democracy. 

Members of the Green Party can be found at fracking protests, rallies to save public transit, healthcare for all meetings, the pride march, at the occupy movement –we’re all over the place working for progressive values.

Election Results

The Green Party Presidential Ticket -Jill Stein and Cheri Honkala- received 2,159 votes in Allegheny County and 21,341 total votes in Pennsylvania. Nationwide the ticket received 466,877 votes.

Congratulations to Jill and Cheri and a  big thanks for all their work -and a thanks to all who helped out!

Although Jill was the only Green candidate on the PA ballot, some 312 Greens ran for office throughout the country.
